We never receive the right amount of towels, the quality of their product is poor. Customer service is nonexistent. We call and leave messages and hardly ever get a response. If we do get correspondence it is because we have actually caught a live person at their desk. Their accounting is sketchy and has mischarged the contracted price, never matches the delivery and the crediting system is off at best. I do not recommend this company.
