Joan is an amazingly kind woman. I explained that I was getting married the next day and my wedding dress got a stain… and my regular dry cleaner turned me down. Joan assisted me in getting my dress cleaned while I waited. I am so thankful for Joan and all her help. I even offered to pay extra but she said no and just charged me the regular price.
