I had two big oak trees removed at 2 different times, and both jobs were perfect. I had him leave the trunk section for firewood, and they were all cut to the specs I requested. Stumps were ground, other than the big pile of mulch, which I requested to be left behind, you wouldn't even know the trees were there.
