This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Carolina auto resale supercenter and I have to say it’s been a great experience both times. The customer service was great, the purchasing process was simple and easy. I felt like a valued customer which is why I came back for a second vehicle. I highly recommend Carolina auto resale supercenter and I will be back for future purchases!

I had been looking for a nice used truck and I really feel like I found a very good one. I also found it came with a limited warranty. I decided to purchase it after looking at many trucks. The process seemed smooth and effortless. I didn't make it 20 miles down the road and the AC quit working and the check engine light came on. I called them back and he said was working fine for us as we inspected everything. He said just bring it back. Well they could not have inspected everything because a daytime running light was burned out and the front brakes were horrible (needed new brakes and rotors). I ended up making two trips back down to the dealership and they ordered a part for the AC condensor. Just cleared the code for the check engine but did not fix the issue with the fuel evap. leak. Should not have told me you fixed it when you NEVER did. I ended up taking to my own mechanic for further diagnosing. I felt as if he was not being completely honest with me. My advice would be to have your vehicle inspected by your own mechanic before purchasing here as they are not as thorough as they claim. I pray nothing serious happens with this truck as I do NOT have faith that they are qualified to fix the problem or they will just cover it up until the warranty would expire!!
