You can never seem to speak to any live person to address your problem it’s rediculous it’s very frustrating I called a week ago and left a message and no one got back to me it’s terrible and very frustrating.

Horrible experience with this company. Be advised!! Received wheelchair after two blocks of usage front wheel broke. I called, they denied that it was their fault and blamed me from improper installation but nothing needed to be installed. Peter the manager (if that’s his real name) ended conversation with a fake email that bounced back and I was yelled back at.
P.S. Thank goodness my 81yr old disabled mother didn’t fall face forward.

Horrible. They give you the run around, blame your doctor, then your insurance company for them not doing the work.Then they are rude to you for asking questions because what they were saying made no sense. I have a wheelchair that just needed a front wheel replaced. When I called the insurance company to find out why they were holding it up I was told they approved the work awhile ago. Hope you have better luck then I did.
