The thing I look for best is the customer service in a workplace and this place by far at least for me, had exceeded my expectations. As soon as I got there I was welcomed with warm hellos and I felt like royalty because of the respect received from them. Aside from the service the actual job was fantastic I did the European facial and my skin is just so smooth I can’t resist touching it (sorry Laura) definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family.

growing up, I was always aware of how bad my skin was. However, it wasn't until after my treatment plan I noticed the big difference. I felt more confident in pictures and in everyday life altogether. The main reason I'm writing this is because i really appreciated how laura and her staff paid very close attention to my skin to find the best skin treatment.

So many words to say about this place. First off I love their relaxing music in this spa. Second, their prices are to die for. They have amazing facial and massage services and you can even get a bundle deal for a better price. They have amazing and reasonable prices for such amazing services. They go by appointments so you will have to call them in advance. The cosmetologists are great they put all of their effort and gratitude into the massages. Laura always gives great tips for maintaining your face. This place is great and I will be an all-time customer.

I live all the way in the city and I needed a spa that will be able to take care of everything! I was scrolling through Yelp and found this spa and wanted to try it out. The results were amazing. I got an acne facial and the room was so clean! Laura assisted me in such a sweet and kind manner. She started with cleaning my face with many high-quality products. The extraction was not painful at all because I was under the steamer. The facial was amazing and soothing and treat all my pores. Her extraction was not painful at all. I had a consultation with her about my crooked lip. We got started with a lip tattoo. She has a variety of colors and shades to choose from. I had a burgundy outline and a burgundy reddish-brownish filling. I was so happy. It looked phenomenal I was glad. She was an artist I cannot believe she fixed my uneven ridiculous lips. I then had eyelash extensions with Sylvia. She told me I have very rare lashes and recommended Mink lashes. She said it would look more natural and stay on well. So the procedure was amazing. I was relaxing to the music that was in the room. Sylvia was very gentle and at the end, the results were outstanding I loved it. Sylvia did not rush and took great care of me. In about two weeks I came back for a full body waxing! I have very sensitive skin so Roza told me that the chocolate wax was better on me. It did not hurt at all. She was very kind and generous and her little talks took my mind off the waxing. The room was cooling and that helped relieve me when the wax was getting lightly pulled. I had no rashes and scars after the waxing and I was so happy. This spa is the best the lovely girls are so sweet and caring. Even though I live all the way in Manhatten I will still come here every month. I bought two packages from this spa they are totally worth it. I got the acne facial which is I bought 6 sessions and1 free. And I also purchased the chocolate Brazilian wax package. I am so glad coming here every time.

I had an acne problem and I tried many different creams and masks to reduce the pores. However, that did not work so I was on facebook and my friend recommended me to attend this spa so I tried it out. I don't usually trust people when it comes to my face. When I first came in the owner Laura was wonderful and helped me pick a facial that fits me. She recommended the acne facial which she said was going to exfoliate and detoxify my skin. I signed for a package that was so worth it 6 facials and the 7th free. The room was very clean and Laura was neat. She was very gentle with my face. After the procedure, I bought products that would enhance my face. A week later, I am seeing tremendous results and my face is much more clear. I recommend to all people out there to come and experience the changes when it comes to the face. Laura is a professional woman and very trustworthy. I have 5 more facials to complete and I will be the lifetime client. Especially the price I had to pay was very reasonable only $80.I saved $20. Laura took her time during the procedure. The facial was about 70-80 minutes long.
UPDATE: I have used Laura's face products for quite a while and I see that my face has progressed and became shinier.
I totally recommend this spa for anyone that would like to relax and see excellent changes.

I went to this spa that my friend recommended. This was the best decision I ever made. When I first came in I met Laura and she was very welcoming and had a beautiful smile. She was professional and explained everything I needed to know. She is very confident about her job. First I came to consult an appointment with my mom for her non-visible eyebrows. She gave me free consultation which was very nice of her. Right away I was confident to make an appointment with her for microblading for my mom. My mom was pretty nervous and Laura talked to her about the procedure and made her calm. First of all, the room was very clean which is so pleasant and the room smelled good. The music was relaxing which made us loosen up. She numbed her first and said that she will not feel any pain. After, she drew the shape of her eyebrows which looked totally perfect. Laura is an artist and finally, we got very nice results. My mom was very happy and not only that, we tried her anti-aging facial with oxygen treatment. I was so impressed with Laura's knowledge. My mom's skin looked like she was 10 years younger and gave a nice glow. About Laura, she is very professional and has a personality like her beauty. We definitely going to come back from now on. We are going to be her lifetime customer. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you again, Laura.

Laura is the absolute best! Very professional and most importantly she does have a passion for skin care. I found great deal on Groupon, later I found that she actually have even better deals on her website. Apparently each month she is posting some specials for different beauty treatments I will definitely be checking those from now on. I love finding good deals online.

I never realized how important and beneficial facials are to my skin. Laura walked me through the whole process while she gave me a lovely facial. I had no idea that I can help my skin look younger with her help. She really knows what she is talking about.
To sum up, not only I got a great facial, but I also learned more about it :) I am definitely visiting her spa again and telling my friends to do the same.

Been coming here for years for my nails and this week finally had a facial done. Laura was absolutely the best. She did a microdermabrasion treatment, which I had foolishly always been afraid of doing. I'm so glad I did it this time. The actual procedure felt so good, and my face is clear now! And the Gold Mask was wonderful. I feel like my face is softer than it has ever been in my 30 years of life. All the products smelled great, and the head/neck massage was relaxing. The difference this facial made is very noticeable. I couldn't be happier with the service and the result. Highly recommend this place for all beauty needs. Its so wonderful to have such skilled, sweet, and accommodating people so close to work and home. I will surely remain a loyal customer for years to come.

I've been coming here for about 3 months and i must say i really do like the place, i always ask for Silvia, she is so good at what she does, she makes me feel so comfortable and knows what she is doing. I come here for the Brazilian wax (which i have bought the package for) and i would defiantly recommend this place to everyone.

To further the cliche amongst the other reviews, the honestly the best facial I've had, easily surpassing the $200 sessions at the red door. Laura is a sweet heart, so attentive to your needs whether you are actually in her spa or not. Despite all the star-studded clientele she's had, she is very down to earth. Obviously she takes great pains to select each of the products she uses, but she will never 'push' product on you nor will she subject you to nose-in-the-air arrogance when you tell her what you use.



I got the Pretty Handsome luxurious facial for $90 , but honestly I would have been happy to pay twice as much. Since I was a first time client, she treated me to a complimentary yam and pumpkin feel. The spicy tingling feeling was refreshing and did wonders for my pores. Despite minimal extractions my face was much clearer the next day. Laura is definitely a skilled esthetician, as talented as she is as a make up artist. Fortunately for all of us she has sacrificed much of her make-up business for skincare.



One fair warning, she is usually booked out several weeks in advance, so be prepared to set a future date when you call.
