Couldn't have asked for better service. They were very helpful and considerate. We had an oversized wheelchair to transport and the vehicle with the powerlifts worked great for us. After almost a year of being homebound, we were able to get out and support autism research and enjoy live music. Thank you Cathay Express for all your kindess and patience!!!

WOW! This is cool! I didn't even know you guys had this video. If my grandma and grandpa watched Youtube, your video would be in favorites. I thank you on behalf of them)). They love you guys for your on time, professional service. They refuse me and my dad's rides sometimes saying that they would rather ride with that nice guy, I can't remember his name, but I think its car number 14. I hope you guys continue being awesome as you are. I definitely recommend you to all of my friends and accomplices.

This transportation pu my grandma. They are was perfect. They are was exactly on time. And driver was very nice. He open door for my grandma, helped her to go in. I love their service. I absolutely can recomend Cathay express. And will use theme again.

This is the worst medical transportation service ever!! On 3/5/16, they lost my 76 year old mother. Cathay Express is responsible for transporting my mother to and from her dialysis appointment which is 5 minutes from her residence. When I called Cathay 2 hours after my mother expected arrival time to inquire about my mother's whereabouts, Cathay was clueless. They did not know where my mother was, nor where the driver was nor what happened to my mother. As it turns out, the driver drove past her home and left her in Jamaica 45 minutes away. Of course Cathay manager proceeded to blame my mother for leaving the van. My mother always require assistance to enter and leave the van. This is the worst medical transportation service available. I do not recommend that you entrust your family member heath and well being with this company. I rate this company ZERO STARS!!
