We spent 9 dollars for a car wash. We put a $20 bill in and got $11 in quarters back. Had a good laugh. Then the car wash didn't work. No number to call. No maintenance personnel. Nothing. Got online to call the # and it's a fax machine.

We just left your car wash..the automatic one on the west end (we use it once a week) it does not spray correctly and looks like our car is a xebra! Not impressed! Someone needs to contact me..$9 a car wash is very EXTREME when it does not do it's job! 11:30 am 11~20~15

AND the phone number is a fax number!!!! Is that how you avoid refunds ?
