Diego was a great help to give me advise me what had to be done. He is sincere and very friendly. He did a great job for a great price. All in all he did a great job. Diego was great and made sure that every thing worked perfectly before leaving the job site. he also cleaned up after the job. The company on the other hand was something different. They called me and said my technician was running a little and would be at my place around 12-1:30 pm and that time can and no call back from the company I had to call the company several times to get an answer. When Diego got to my house he told me that he couldn't cal land that all calls had to be routed to dispatch. So I blame dispatch for all the delay and I Don't BLAME Diego.

Diego was courteous and competent. He answered my questions and offered suggestions related to a main sewer line problem. I really appreciated that he phoned my with updates on his expected arrival time. That was especially important because of the late night service. Great service and pricing.
Diego was on time, pleasant, and professional. I called him for a toilet clog, but when I am ready to do the remodel I will definitely call and ask for him to do the work.
Rooter Hero helped us with a blockage and the installation of a clean-out. They were always professional, did the job in a quick manner, maintained the cleanliness of our home, and were able to communicate by phone and email, which was convenient.
Rooter Hero technician, Jason Hernadez, made a service call to our home on Friday, May 30th, to unplug a severely clogged toilet. Jason was knowledgable, careful and conscientious. He clearly explained the problem and successfully solved it. He took great care to remove the toilet without damaging it or causing any harm to the tiled floor. He also remove the clogged debris without allowing any of the dirty water to leak onto the floor. Jason acted in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. He gave us confidence that he could handle any difficult plumbing problem. He is an excellent representative of your company, and we would gladly hire him again.

We had a strange clog as upstairs plumbing was flooding sink in garage but no flooding from main floor plumbing. Albert was able to fix problem quickly. He was polite and efficient.

Diego and Mason were professional, friendly, courteous and thorough. They answered all my questions, explained all details and offered options for possible future work without a hard sell.
Highly recomened. he was very profesional let me know things before doing the job explained very detailed how things wer going on and always answered his phone when i had a question
Had a major problem over the weekend. They showed at the time they said they would be there. Because Sergio had to go on to the roof, he needed to come back on Sunday with an assistant. Again, they arrived at the time scheduled. Sergio tried to resolve the problem but it was more serious than first thought. Throughout the entire time we were kept informed of what was happening and what our alternatives were. Sergio and his assistant were joined by their supervisor. He showed me via video what the problem was and what the solution would be. This required a third visit on Monday. As before, they showed when scheduled and completed the task. Both Sergio and Kirby worked throughout the day to complete the project. At all times we were kept up to date as to the progress. Sergio and Kirby were obviously intent on getting the job done to our satisfaction. The service provided by everyone connected with the company showed a willingness to meet our needs.
I loved the tech, very professional. I would like to suggest that you keep him with your company and offer him a promotion.
