      I lost my Son recently and Xavier and Xavier compassionately and professionally went through all the estate options to repair, sell or lease my son's townhouse in Riviera Village of 3 decades! Thank You Sam and Bindu for making taking care of all the details including coordinating an estate sale which covered the cost of repainting and replacing the HVAC unit and adding new carpet to sell my son's townhouse well over our $725K asking price!
