Not a good experience to be polite. Day after Christmas we had out-of town-family and wanted to see the harbor while lunching. Big mistake to go to Cheesecake Factory. A rude hostess who couldn't be bothered to help us find seating, even though we had a reservation (we were a little late but not anything other restaurants would have had trouble with) Service overwrought with amateur mistakes, no drink refills, brought out one sandwiche then 4 more later, forgeting the 6th meal entirely. Spent $250 on lunch with was a complete disaster. Tthe servers were inept trainees. Stay away from this on the holidays. They are clearly too complacent and fat.
