Received treatment from Mr. Tim Kelly for more than 8 years as an out of network provider. Six months after back surgery, resumed treatment with Mr. Kelly. Received receipts from him & filled claims to my insurance. I paid Tim $95 an hour for massages for 3 months, 4 times a month. Contacted insurance to check on status of claims to discover Tim cashed all the checks into his business account. Insurance revealed Tim signed a legally binding agreement as an in network provider but refused to abide by it. When confronted Mr. Kelly immediately became defensive blaming the insurance company.Tried 4 times to resolve this issue with Tim professionally but continues to ignore my calls & the insurance calls. He failed to mention he was in network when resuming care. Paid Tim $1140. Tim sent two checks to me in amount of $478. Tim still owes me $662. As a result, will be taking this issue up with a small court judge to recover my $. Great massage therapist but only concerned with profit.
