Be very aware of the Massage Therapist who charged me a whole hour massage for missing 1 apt from being sick. I was really happy with my massages there until I got sick and missed an apt. I was informed about a 30$ charge and was not totally happy about it but understood the reasoning. I am a massage therapist also but I do not treat my clients like that. I charge half a massage price for REPEAT OFFENDERS of no shows and have never in my whole 6 years of being a therapist had to instill this rule. My main complaint is not the 30$, but the 70$ she sprung on me last minute, because I hadn't taken care of the 30$ within a month's time. Funny because I had called her twice after I missed my apt to reschedule and she "never got my messages" because she was in California...weird I thought cell phones worked in California...so not happy with the way it ended.
