After a mouse destroyed our gas range by pulling insulation out, we needed a replacement. I visited Frederick's Appliance after reading great reviews on Angie's List and doing quite a lot of online research. I knew I wanted the same brand/style to match the other appliances, and an upgrade from one oven to two, if that was possible in the same space. I browsed the store at my own pace and was offered help as soon I looked for it. It was incredibly nice to not be hounded when I walked in the door. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the possibilities, decided on the model, and scheduled the installation very quickly, but I never felt rushed or pressured. The price they offered was better than any price I had found online for that model,

Frederick's provided excellent product information to allow us to purchase a refrigerator within our price range. They also accommodated our needs for delivery and installation within a tight schedule. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and provided us with information on available products within our desired price range. She gave us time to think about our options and provided contact information to call her back when we were ready to make a decision. She went above and beyond to assist us to meet our tight window for delivery and installation as well. The delivery team was stellar. They gave me time to clean the space where the old unit had been and helped make minor modifications to the counter edge to allow the new refrigerator to be installed. I plan to use Frederick's for any future appliance purchases. They were wonderful.

The floor model refrigerator arrived with dents that they didn't have in the showroom. When my husband refused the shipment, the delivery person immediately got the sales manager on the phone who agreed to deliver a new, in box model for an additional $100. That model arrived in perfect condition. I then needed a new wall oven and returned to the same salesperson. When I asked about the pricing, he told me to call back in a few days to confirm because the manufacturer might have a price reduction. When I called back, he quoted me the new lower price. I thought that it was great that he told me to wait to see if the ovens would be on the list of lowered price items. They delivered for free and within the timeframe I was given. Old dryer passed away. Decided cost of repair best applied to a new dryer. Was going to purchase a Kenmore from sears, but their web site had an issue and phone support was of no help. They did not care if I purchased from them. Angies list to the rescue. Saw Frederick's reviews. Called them and told them I did not want to kick tires, just wanted to purchase by phone. Described my needs (want a simple large capacity dryer that was in stock). The sales rep made a suggestion ... sounded good so I purchased it with installation and haul away of old dryer. The appliance was delivered the next day well within the 3 hour estimated time. The installer Scott pulled the old dryer, suggested a better way to set-up the venting ... which he did. Added the proper power cord to the dryer and installed it. The dryer was wider than the old one so he had to remove one inner door. A very nice experience. I had used a different major appliance firm before when I purchased several thousand dollars of appliances ... and the installation process was horrible and unsatisfactory. So it looks like Frederick's is the place for all our future appliance purchases. I did not rate the price because I did no price comparison. It may well have been the lowest price available for the dryer I purchased
