      Community Living, formerly known as Spring Acres Group Homes, is a private, nonprofit agency that provides a range of instruction and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Established in 1969, it administers various tenant support, Medicaid personal care and adult family home programs. The agency s residential instruction and support services include assistance in ambulation, body care, eating, meal preparation, housework and supervision.
