Best pizza we've had in all of Central Oregon! They also have now added various local boutique brewery offerings such as Boneyard to their Deschutes Brewery and standard beer line up. Good quality NW wines such as 14 Hands are also available. The only thing I would add is more seating.

We used to like Geno's pizza. When Jerzee Boys first took over the location their pizza was excellent. At noon they had two or three selections, all fresh and excellent quality. Unfortunately that didn't last. Today they had eight choices, all sitting out and dried out to the point that reheating to serve then made them inedible. We suspect they were left over from the previous night. I'm sure they're trying to improve their business by offering more choices, but the quality now is awfull.Back to Cibelli's!John GappRedmond

Let's face it, Redmond, Oregon pizza selection options are really bad. We have tried them all. Jersey Boys Pizzeria is a breakthrough pie-maker that lives up to our Central Oregon Pizza Gold Standard: Bend's Pizza Mondo. Jersey Boys Pizzeria has met all of our standards that make a great pizza stop, save one. The beer selection is good, although the Coors neon sign in the window could lead the average passerby to think they only have the macro-swills. Jersey Boys offer Silver Moon, Deschutes and Cascade Lakes Brewery options in frozen pint glasses and a modest bar or in some standard seating. The ambiance is pretty standard and not anything to go on about. It is clean and new interior, but perhaps a bit bright. We didn't try the salads nor the free opportunity at billards. Its five stars is in the pie. It has a hand-tossed crust that is perfect. For the size and flavors, it is a great price and a very satisfying meal. It could be offered that the pie is a tad greasy, but we don't think so. Our only complaint worth mentioning is that Jersey Boys doesn't offer delivery yet, but they are new and being careful of their business offerings. We won't rule it out nor reduce our rating. In these times of boom and bust restaurant experiments, may Jersey Boys Pizzeria grow into a pizza spot that makes Redmond proud!
