A: We check the last two (2) years of your rental, employment, and credit history, as well as two (2) personal references. B. We require that you make net three (3) times the rental amount. Q: Will you rent to me if I’ve had a bankruptcy? A: Yes, we lease to residents who have filed a bankruptcy Q: Will you rent to me if I have bad credit? A: Yes, we rent to people who have damaged credit. Typically, we will require a higher Security Deposit.. Q: Are pets allowed at your properties? A: We are very pet friendly. Each property has its own pet policy. Q: Will you rent to someone who has been convicted of a crime? A: If you have been convicted of a crime within the last five (5) years, your application may be denied.
