example (truth): Ask (Sal Claire) what really happen, there. Sal's pet became very sick while at Bark Avenue and owner took no responsibility for the care of Sal's pet while they were there.
Owner blind sides customers and puts up bias positive reviews. Owner will also hunt you down if you don't give her a review she likes. Owner Shelly will talk terrible about you and gossip. I heard some out if her mouth myself, just the other week. I won't be back. When former associate's learn about how she really is, they quit working there. Some of the best advice comes from former employees and former customers. Not from the bias ones and those who write positive reviews that are all lies.
Anyone who does these types of things can not be trusted. Shelly needs to find comfort in God. Her sins are bound to catch up with her sooner or later.

Owner was rude, insulting and nasty attitude. Very unprofessional. Never been more insulted in my life. The facilities were dirty and run down. I was charged way too much and my pet looks terrible. I will go anywhere else than here.
Deceitful owner and talks be bad about the clients in the back area.

I cannot mention enough how excellent the service is at Bark Avenue in Redmond, OR. The owner, Shelly is the best! I live in Lapine and have no problem driving 50 miles for her services for my 12 dogs and 4 cats.

I would never take my doggies anywhere but with Shelly and the girls down at bark Ave pet grooming they go above and beyond to make sure our furry loves are comfy and safe and spoiled.... She is a excellent groomer and nothing but the best come out of this shop 😀😀😀😀😀 me and my doggies love it there 😘😇😉

I took my dog to Bark Avenue and couldn't have been happier with the results. My dog came back clean, cut and happy. Also the nail trimming was a major plus, since I tend to struggle with that. Great service I would recommend them to my anyone!

I took my little 7 lb dog to Bark Avenue ONCE and will never go back. My dog is an easy groom so there is no reason she came back to me looking like she had been scalped!! Her fur was cut unevenly and she acted traumatized. She usually LOVES to go to the groomer....not this one!!! DON"T take a dog you love to this place!!!
