My experience at the Redlands Subway on Redlands Blvd. was not good. I've heard and saw Managers and Owners spread personal information and gossip about employees to other employees when they were not around, which causes a lot of discomfort and awkwardness with the team members when working together, and this also could be categorized as harassment in my eyes. By this happening i don't believe that the fullest customer service could be given to customers because everyone is to involved in what he said, she said gossip and thats a distraction. They don't have enough people hired to cover shifts when one is to call out sick, or when there is a rush which causes a lot of issues and stress for team members. I think if Managers and Owners were a little more mature and a little more professional when working and addressing issues it would make it a better experience for both employees and customers.
