They just left my house....I don't feel robbed! Rep gave me choices to give to my wife, she has the checkbook. She was happy to write a check to Romaine's on a day that was 105 for only 210! Even gave him a tip to get a soda when he left. Poor guy only made 210 in this heat and had to listen to my wife. Money well spent!

Customer service that is hard to find. They do what they say they are going to do from the time I contacted their office to the completion of my service. The technician was clean, knowledgeable, and used verbiage that I could understand to tell my husband. My repair was much lower than I anticipated. I even got a $50 gift card to use next time. Romaine's needs to teach their customer service skills to others.

Mark is a friendly and excellent contractor. He will not up-sell you, and always treats me right. He drove from Riverside to Simi Valley the same day to fix my problem. Anytime I have a problem with my heating or A/C, Romaine's 24 hr Heating and Air will ALWAYS be my first call!

just when i thought customer service was a thing of the past; along came romaines24hr heat &air.same day service &very courtious.couldnt ask for better service.I will not hesitate to refer them to others. GREAT JOB ROMAINE!!!!

Honest and Friendly staff. Great service. Had a valve that was leaking, the service tech let me know what the problem was and fixed it, didn't try to make me replace the entire system like someone else had tried to do previously.

This guy knows what he's talking about. He came out to my house knowing I didn't have tons of money to spend, but I needed a new cooling system installed. He went through my house, did all his measuring and calculations, and came up with a new energy efficient unit that I could actually afford and would keep me and my grand kids cool in the summer. He was very polite, very smart, and he was ok with the amount I could spend and i am cool and oh so happy right now. This is so much better than my old swamp cooler.
