Excellent service. Dr. Navarro was really good and gave my mom her best pair of glasses- EVER. He really listened to my mom's issues and he knew exactly how to solve her eye problems. The optician helped her choose a good frame. He was really helpful and made my mother feel very comfortable with her new glasses. I will be back and will recommend this office.

The best eye exam I have had in a long time. I never had been able to wear contact lenses comfortably. The contacts always felt kind of scratchy in the vision was always slightly off.Dr. Navarro said that I had dry eyes and needed to wear a specific brand of contact lenses. I have always worn Acuvue lenses, and Dr. Navarro prescribed a different brand.He went further and actually treated my dry eyes and now I don't even feel my contact lenses. I still have to make sure not to wear them more than 10 hours a day, but other than that, the quality of the vision is fantastic and the comfort is amazing. No other eye doctor hasn't even looked at the cause of my contact lens discomfort. Dr. Navarro explained in clear language what I needed to know about dry eyes and make sure that all my questions were answered. This is my first time coming to a private doctor, before I had always gone to Costco or Walmart. I guess coming to a real eye doctor really pays off.

The Best, by far !!! I had an extremely great experience. Dr Navarro's eye exam was very informative and complete. I felt very at ease about the health of my eyes. His staff was very helpful with selecting my frames. I purchased some Ray Ban frames for myself and my wife purchased Vera Bradley frames. We were impressed by the selection of frames and the pricing. Heck, better pricing than Walmart. I will highly recommend to my family and co workers.

I had a great experience!! Dr Navarro. The exams are thorough and the staff provides you with a level of comfort you won't find in most doctor's offices. The exams are very complete and i felt I really got my money's worth with the exam and glasses.

Dr. Navarro is extremely caring and knowledgeable about the Optometry field. You can tell that he has a true passion for what he does.

Overall amazing experience! Dr.Navarro was very helpful. I was complaining about my close up vision becoming worse, and he told me it was normal for people of my age.

So he recommended no line bifocals. Best recommendation, as I see perfectly again.

Dr. Navarro was very professional, friendly, and he explained everything in great detail. He has updated instruments that give him a very detailed look at the eyes, and the images

he uses are very helpful in explaining my eye health.

They have an great selection frames that are reasonably priced. I got a great deal on a second pair of glasses even though I used my insurance on the first pair.

I'm so happy to have seen Dr. Navarro!!! I went to Costco last year for an exam. This year I went to Dr. Navarro's office, and the difference in care is unbelievable. Dr. Navarro took his time with the exam and was extremely thorough. He did more to examine my eyes than the Costco Dr. ever did. He was very professional, and it shows that he really enjoys what he does. Thank you very much.

I can't say enough great things about Orange Plaza Optometry. I came in with an eyeglass prescription for them to fill. It Is a prescription for my son who can't leave his bed because he is recovering from surgery. The optician told me that my son needed to be present so that the glasses could be properly measured and fitted. I explained to him that my son was recovering from surgery and cannot leave his bed. To my surprise he said "no problem". The optician would actually go to my son's bedside and show him several frames for him to choose from to make sure he got what he wanted. The optician has stated that they have done this for several of their patients. WOW!! Now, that's customer service. I picked up my son's glasses several days later and my son loves them. The frames are comfortable and they were exactly what he wanted. You don't find customer service like this anywhere else. I have schedule appointments for my family and have told others about this office.

I tried this optometrist because they took my insurance. I had a less than pleasant experience.



First, the positives. The female eye doctor that I saw the first time was great. She was friendly and informative. I am not sure if she is a regular doctor there, but she was very helpful. They also did give me a copy of my contact prescription so I could get it filled elsewhere.



Now, the negatives. First, the "dispensary" desk is the front check in desk. It is right next to the chairs where patients wait. This means if you have insurance issues or problems with your bill, anyone can hear you talking about it. Secondly, the staff was rather unprofessional and talked about their personal lives in front of patients. They also pulled up my benefits incorrectly and did not tell me of fees for follow up appointments -- which they said was because my insurance was pulled up incorrectly at first. When I called to discuss my frustration (appointment fees I was unaware of and confusion about how many contacts I was getting), I was met with hostility and the only apology that I received was "I am sorry that you did not understand." There wasn't genuine concern expressed or any empathy. In fact, I felt blamed for the problems, no ownership of any issue was taken. I felt completely taken advantage of and was very frustrated.



They did not close the door to the patient exam room during my eye exam which was a little weird to me. If that was the only problem, however, I would not have minded.



They did not call to schedule follow up appointments. I also emailed the office one day, and then called the next day (to schedule a follow up appointment). The day after I received a phone call about my email, which had been taken care of with my phone call on the previous day -- somehow their communication is down.



I can most definitely say that I will not be returning.
