Hi! My mom brought me to Flawless Groomers the other day. She had let me go to another groomer here in Redlands for reasons unknown and I paid the price. My grooming session there was HORRIBLE! My ears and beard were cut crooked, my nails hardly clipped at all....I was embarrassed to be seen in public and that Noah's Arf lady was not personable to me or my dog brother, Chester. She was crabby and sloppy, and my mom paid $80.00 for two bad haircuts!Big Thanks to FLAWLESS GROOMING. for grooming me handsome again, my ears and beard are even, my nails or clipped., and I'm able to return to the Dog Park and walk down the streets proud, and not embarrassed! My mom has learned from her mistake, the best and greatest place for her boys to be groomed is FLAWLESS!!!!

Today is Oct 21st. Please explain how a dog lost have his tongue while in this shop. Don't say the dog bit the "groomer" or did the dog make a sudden move and to so called "groomer" was afraid for his life. Shame on you. I hope you lose your business

We are so very happy with the workmanship and skill of the grooming done here. We bring 3 Morkies every other Monday for a bath or haircut and we are pleased every time! Our dogs are like our children, and we only want them to have the best. The dogs are treated with love and affection, and the skill of keeping their faces trimmed is always perfect. We can't thank Nancy enough, and appreciate her and her staff for their hard work and dedication to keeping our dogs looking their best!

From start to finish, all in all, I am very satisfied with their work! It took alittle longer than I had hoped, but then., my Sophie WAS a bit of a matted mess. And there were 17, pets. (yes.17) in front of her. But the best part is: NOT ONE SCRATCH! The price, more than fair.Yeah, we'll definitely go back.

West Paw is an amazing grooming salon and school! I am a recent graduate and I loved it there! They taught me so much in just 3 months! I recommend this place for learning how to groom and getting your pet groomed!

Both my Labs walk in like they own the place and they treat them like they do. Great place, great people and great work.

Nancy simply is the best dog groomer I have ever seen. My dog is a 15 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, he is my best friend whom I would die for. I have used few dog groomers in Redlands and the previous town I lived, Nancy at West Paw in Redlands just clicked with my "Rusty". I can tell how he's having fun getting a hair cut like never before. Thank you West Paw, thank you Nancy.
