The Coventry Pet Resort opened in 2004 with current owners Kevin and Deborah, who have been active in the showing of AKC purebred dogs since the 1980s. The Coventry Pet Resort is currently the home to Champion Coventry Vanity Fair, the number one Pembroke Welsh Corgi in America and winner of the herding group at the AKC National Championship at Long Beach California. Coventry Pet Resort is a member of the Pet Care Services Association (PCSA). PCSA members offer a variety of services to pet owners including boarding, dog daycare, grooming, animal training, pet supply sales and shipping. Why should a pet care facility or business join PCSA?The Pet Care Services Association provides publications, regional meetings, a national convention, an education program, an ethics program, an accreditation program, an insurance program, information and networking. Basically, the association provides members with all the information and tools they need to ensure that their businesses offer the most professional, skilled pet-care available and provides pet owners with the information they need to select a satisfactory pet-care provider...

A FANTASTIC PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR PET IN CARING HANDS ~ WHEN I GOON VACATION I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY, MY POOCH IS ON VACATION TOO, BUT HAPPY TO SEE ME WHEN I RETURN ~ HE LOOKS FORWARD TO HIS BRIEF STAYS AT THE "RESORT".
I'm not sure what went wrong but my dog was suppose to get the extra care special puppy start. I asked how it went and no one had a comment for me at all. I asked if he got to play with other dogs and they said no, even though that was what I was paying extra for for him to be introduced to others. When I picked up my dog he tore out of the back room so fast he almost knocked the lady over. I don't know what went on but I will never go back especially since no one seemed to care about my questions.
This was our first experience using Coventry and all I can say is Wow!!! Definitely not the closest to home, but for top quality care at a reasonable price it can't be beat. Right from the moment we entered the door every staff member was both professional and cordial. A tour of the facility quickly relieved any doubts about entrusting Miss E (my Chow) to their care while we went on vacation. At pickup time, not only was Miss E ready, she has never looked so good after grooming. I have no doubt we will be using Coventry every time we need grooming and/or boarding.

I use them for grooming my Yorkies. They are always happy to arrive, so I feel very comfortable that they are well taken care of. They are very accommodating and very friendly.
My dogs were well taken care of during our vacation. We've utilized their services several times for vacation as well and regular pet grooming needs. Always clean and well maintained.
They are the best!!!! Our dog loves going there. We feel so comfortable leaving our pet with them.
