I was looking for insurance a few months ago and happened to stumble into this office and am so glad I did! I had insurance with Progressive before switching to State Farm with Steve as my agent and was completely unsatisfied with Progressive's customer service. The staff at Steve Hale's agency are so friendly...when I walked in, I was immediately offered a bottle of water and candy and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone there seemed to be happy and upbeat. They really made me feel like my business was wanted and Steve and his staff are definitely genuine people!! I have recommended him to a few of my friends and will continue to do so. They are by far the best insurance agency I've dealt with ever in regards to customer service and rates. A+!
I've been insured with Steve Hale's agency for quite a while now. A few years ago I purchased a home and insured it with Steve's agency. I was so impressed with the service I received that I went on to insure all of my cars with the agency. I have Steve's direct contact info that he gave me and he's always been there for me along with his staff when I had a question regarding my policy. A++++ service!!
About 8 months ago I bought an insurance policy with Steve Hale's agency. In the past I've had Progressive, Esurance, and AllState and have been less than satisfied. The staff was extremely nice. I was introduced to his sister, wife, daughter, and son who also work at this agency. Needless to say they are family business and treated me with so much care and respect as if I was their own family! I've recommended this agency to multiple friends who've experienced the same immaculate service! Steve is always a phone call away and was kind enough to give me his cell phone number for emergencies or questions I have about my policy. I highly recommend this agency!
The staff here is extremely friendly and professional! My family has had insurance with Steve for over five years, and he is by far the best agent to deal with in the state of Michigan! During my last auto accident, I was concerned my rates would skyrocket, but they didn't, and Steve was able to alleviate all the stress I had at the time. Most of the employees are relatives of Steve and the business appears to be ran family style, which is great considering most agencies consist of employees going through the motions. I highly recommend this agency for affordable rates and the great people who work here. I'd pay higher premiums to stick with Steve's agency any day!
Steve and his entire staff were fantastic. I was recently in an auto accident and had a lot of problems with the police getting a proper report. Steve was very helpful working with me to get the issues resolved and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. A+ experience!
