I was on the property for about five hours getting the vehicle and after driving it for two days I've found that they sold me a lemon as the transmission is fried. They never offered a warranty so it's coming out of my pocket. I encourage everyone to steer clear least of the redford location especially. Disgusted.

If youre a female, may I suggest another dealer..I brought my jeep into body shop many times and Bob treats you like you are lucky that he is talking to you...recently found a rip in my interior upholstery after having doors replaced from an auto accident and Bob said his guys were never in my vehicle; Yet, I found one of their screwdrivers on my seat. John Scott, general Manager, was just as rude to me, when I called to discuss my problem with him about Bob from the Body shop. I bought two vehicles from them and will never take my vehciles back for any parts or repairs...I am treated like gold when I bring in a male figure to witness their behavior towards women. They do not respect women at their dealership!!!!
