The charter township of Ypsilanti, MI tried to get a hold of these guys on 4 different attempts between Feb. 13th to April 28th 2015. I bought the place in April 30th (not having any prior knowledge of the city's attempts); come to find the city broke down my door. The guy at the city was apologetic to say the least; but these guys didn't respond and the City didn't realize that I was the new owner when they broke my door down. They need to probably find a new line of business! Horrible asset management company!
