Arrogant. They treat you as though they don't need your business, so they don't get mine anymore. Did go down to Olde west and purchase 3 weapons that day, great service there!

I have used the range several times. The staff is very helpful. I had a problem with a firearm and, after working with me for a short while, we determined the magazines were the problem. They let me try some of their in stock mags to verify. I ended up buying several and continued shooting for the rest of the day. These guys want you to enjoy your visit.
