Don't waste your time, poor customer service I've ever encountered and the place looks dingy and dirty. Will never go back.

Stopped by Sunday to get a hair cut...place was empty except the three stylists...barbers... no greeting...obviously irritated I was ther... they were rude, unfriendly, acted as if I were a bother...the short portly dark haired stylist that waddled over to the reception area told me to "go sit in number #2" and pointed at a chair... being from San Diego, CA I am used to much better customer service...these individuals should not be pumping gas at a mini-mart let alone cutting or styling your hair....

Dont listen to other people. They gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten. They even washed my hair before giving me THE haircut and my friends liked it so much. its great for the family.

Butchered my hair!!!



Don't go in unless you just don't care what might happen to your hair. They are not stylists. It's pretty sad when you have a picture, and clearly state exactly what you want that they can't even get close. A two toned blonde with strawberry on the bottom girl butchered my hair.



The lighting in the place was so poor that I couldn't clearly see my cut until I got home. I not only wasted my money, but now I have to wait to have it fixed.



I clearly stated that I wanted an long A-Line BOB. Bobs don't have layers!!!! I clearly stated that I didn't want the front of my hair cut. that only the back needed some taken off. She gave me a shag cut. My hair was over 9 inches long in the front. Now it's multi-layers, none over 4 inches long. My hair looks so bad, and the only fix is letting a couple months go by, and then getting a professional to fix it.



Should have realized that if they can't spell, they can't cut.... I cry every time that I look at my shag cut. It is far too short to even be made into a short Bob. I hate looking in the mirror right now.



I have called to complain, and talk to a manager or owner, but no one picked up, only an answering machine, and of course I have not heard back from anyone.



This place sucks. The other woman that cut my daughters hair wouldn't follow instructions, and once again even with a picture, and clearly stating what she wanted, she didn't even come close. My daughter was complaining of that the moment we walked out.



The only reason I will go back is to demand my money back.
