I have been taking my car into the crew at Cassidy for years...I would highly recommend their servise to anyone!

I would not recommend this business because of a lack of professionalism, respect, and service. When you pull up to have your oil changed there is a sign that says to "wait for an attendant." As I sat in my car waiting, I was talking on my cell phone. After a period of time, I got out of my car thinking that someone would come and check me in. Still no one came to check me in. About 5 minutes later another car pulled up and they were checked in immediately. I walked over to see if my car could be checked in and the owner Michael Cassidy said that as soon I was off of my cell phone that he would help me. I was completely offended by his attitude. I left. I called him when I got home to explain to him that I was just trying to do what his sign said...."wait for an attendant." He told me that I was rude for being on my cell phone. So is it rude for Mr. Cassidy to answer his buisness line while a customer is paying at the counter???? I have never been treated so rudely as a customer.... I am sure that any of the young men that work at Cassidy's would have had no trouble walking up to my window and checking in my car.. of course, I would have stopped my phone conversation to get my car checked in!!!
