Finally a great haircut. My husband and I are traveling around the U.S. and I have had two hair cuts that have gone bad until I came to Amarte. Olivia was my stylist and she made me feel comfortable and confident from the start. I was pampered with an aroma head massage which put me at ease after driving around the block three times until I found a parking space. I was new to Redding and didn't know the area. I was offered something to drink and chose water which was served to me along with a sample of herbal tea. Olivia listened to me and what I was looking for in a hair style. I knew right away I would not be disappointed. I love my haircut!!! I just washed and styled it and it came out just like I left the salon. If your looking for a salon that listens to what you want and delivers on that then Amarte is the place for you.

I was so excited to see this new Aveda Salon in town! The design and decor is contemporary and modern but fits in with the rejuvenated down town. I was promptly greeted and my stylist, Olivia, was ready right on time which is really important to me. I had scheduled a haircut and blow out but received two bonus services as well - head massage to die for and a hand moisturizing massage that made my skin look great. I had a few problem areas in my previous cut and Olivia corrected those, gave me a great style and explained all the products she used so maybe I can duplicate at home! Can't wait to go back!
