My husband and I were on a fall trip the last week in September, besides the colors being the best in years, we stumbled across this restaurant. I can't say enough great things about it, from the service to the quality of food everything was great. We both had the burritos, they were superb!! The margaritas were also very good. Can't wait to visit there again.

Five of us had lunch the portion was large but no flavor worst mexican food I ever had we will not go back

Sadly, I can't say that many people have tried authentic, great mexican food if this the top pick for restaurants. I completely understand that Red Wing does not have a lot of options, but my experience was terrible.

I had a great appetizer - Mexican Pizza

I ordered Chimichangas - the chicken was bland and flavorless

The rice and beans did not have much flavor also.



I told the manager and my waiter and he offered 20% off because he wanted to cover the cost of the food.

I literally ate 2 bites of my meal and pushed the rest away.

The manager walked away and said that was all he could do and when I asked if we could talk he said he'd call the police AND DID!!

I was happy with the appetizer and my husband was evening willing to pay for his meal which was fair at best.



Other than that, I've visited Red Wing before and the other places are great, but I wish people could try a great restaurant like Don Quijotes-Minneapolis or La Perla-Milwaukee,WI



Chi Chi's was even better!

highly recommended for Mexican food. many favorites. The fajitas are especially great.
