All Creatures used to be a great place to take your family pet, now it seems the only thing that matters to them is a farm animal not pets. They even stopped having an emergency contact number and after hours for your family pets (farm animals is still available). They are rarely available in the office, as they are typically out on some farm doing work.I gave them one star because it appears if you live in Red Wing and have farm animals you'll get great care. But your best friend (dogs/cats) are their LAST priority! Even attempting to get a NEW puppy in for their physical exam within the one week rule seems to carry NO PRIORITY with them. It was never this way in the previous years. They need to change their name from "ALL Creatures" to "Farmers Only"
