These systems support all of the time/money saving application such as Voice Mail, Automated Attendant, Unified Messaging, Automatic Call Distribution or Call Center, Music or Message on hold, Multi-party Conference Calling, and Flexible Call routing to name a few. We work with both single site locations as well as multi site offices tied together via VoIP.       I am president of a small architectural firm. Our phone system began having issues and could not receive incoming calls on Thursday afternoon. I called a friend who recommended High Speed Telecom. I contacted them, (Ken Berta) who promptly return the call. Ken made arrangements to visit our office the next morning and trouble shoot the system. Ken was thorough and determined the issue was not on the equipment side but on the service provider's side. Ken went above and beyond and contacted the service provider's technical department on our behalf and followed through until resolution. Later the same day, Ken followed up to make sure all was working. Thanks to Ken and his thoroughness, our phone system was restored in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend High Speed Telecom for your telephone system needs.
