RBY Swimmers compete in both YMCA and USA swimming meets, which offer them a broad range of local and national competitions. RBY's program reflects more than 100 years of coaching experience. Its built on a foundation of stroke technique, supplemented with age appropriate strength and aerobic conditioning. The team has produced success at every level, including many New Jersey and national time record breakers and Olympic Bronze medalist and World Record Holder Tom Wilkens.
