Sciria received his Bachelors of Arts degree with honors from the University of Richmond, Virginia in Political Science and International Studies with a minor in Spanish. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999. Mr. Sciria was admitted in 1999 to the New Jersey Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Sciria is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. He is currently appointed as the Freehold Township Public Defender and a member of the Police Benevolent Association Legal Protection Plan.
