Pork is great! Service and cooks need to get it together. We come every other week from Lancaster to shop in the area specially planning our day around lunch Smokey Bones. The last 2 times were bad visits. One visit the waiter messed everyone's order up, and then basically accused us off not asking for it. (we have ordered the same thing for as long as I can remember) Nothing was done to make it right. Yesterday's visit, our fries weren't right, I had asked for extra sauce and was told when I asked again that 1 tiny little cup was extra sauce. REALLY? Then my 3year old had to sit and wait at least 10 minutes for her grilled cheese. I asked for it 2 times. My husband and I were well into our meals before it finally came, having to give her some of ours to hold her over. When it finally did come it wasn't even completely done. Very disappointed, clearly made it known when I had to ask the 2nd time for her meal that I was irritated and again, nothing said or done to make us want to come back and continue with the lousy service. Till they get their act together, it will be awhile before we go back to use our $20.00 bones club points. We will be trying another restaurant in the area.

good pulled pork & nachos. that being said, menu is rather limited. not much in the way of choices. service needs impovement. prices on the high side for the portions given. would eat there again, but not my first choice.
