The staff at this is very rude. They have very little customer service skills. They seem to forget that their aim is to please the customers as it allows for returning business. As much as I liked going to the doctor there, I will not subject my family to such level of unprofessionalism especially when I am paying my money.

Great place, been going for about 10 years. Dr Magro is wonderful.
