I contacted this company with a dryer problem and was told it would be $89.00 to come and look at my dryer. I gave the go ahead and the technician came. He said it could be 3 different things never ever pinning down what the problem was so I could make a decision. He then proceeded to try to sell me a new dryer. And when I wasn't interested he charged me $ 94.00 and left. Never giving me a direct answer what the problem was. When I called for service that cost me that much money you would think they would have at least left telling me what the repair cost would be. They took my money and gave nothing in return. Buyer beware!!!. Don't call these people for help. All they are out to do is sell you something new and if you are not interested they take your money and laugh all the way to the bank. RIPOFF is what they should be named.
