Kasper's TV and appliance, on Lancaster ave., in Shillington. Had a new kitchen installed 24 years ago..and apparently they only last so long. Called my favorite local store again, and received the same great service as I did a few months ago when my 24 year old dishwasher called it quits. Kasper's has the very best people. Kind and considerate. and they remembered us.....microwave ordered and installed on Monday. No mess. no trash very knowedgeable and kind personal. You can't beat a local business. So much better than the big box stores. Will always call the small local business every time .Am totally satiisfiedwith everything from KASPER'S TV and APPLIANCE STORE IN SHILLINGTON
O NOT BUY FROM MAIDEN CREEK Maiden Creek, who we had purchased all of our appliances from for our entire house, had a service man out to repair our dishwasher and completely misdiagnosed the issue which in turn resulted in KitchenAid not repairing our dishwasher for free. Turns out his misdiagnosis was so bad we didnt even need a new dishwasher our old one could have been fixed. Someone was honest and pointed out, when asked that the dishwasher could have been repaired, told us it could have been. Maiden Creek misled us into thinking we needed a new dishwasher when in fact our old one could have been repaired
Kasper TV and Appliance is an honest dealership to work with. We recently priced dishwashers through all the box stores and local appliance stores. Kasper was 35. more than only one competitor, and its not Maiden Creek, they were 200 more. However the other appliance store charged substantially more for service calls. than Kasper. Kasper also helped us prove a fact to the manufacturer, KitchenAid. As a result the manufacturer is sending us some money towards the new KitchenAid dishwasher we purchased. See Maiden Creek, who we had purchased all of our appliances from had sent a service man out to repair our dishwasher and completely misdiagnosed the issue which in turn resulted in KitchenAid not repairing our dishwasher for free. Kasper was honest and pointed this out when we asked about the dishwasher and indicated the old one could have been repaired. Since we had already ordered the dishwasher from Kasper we did the right thing and had it installed. However, several of our calls remained unreturned from the owner at Maiden Creek. I would never buy from Maiden Creek. Stick with an honest company like Kasper. Oh and don't bother on pricing with Maiden Creek either because they told me that the profit margin on appliances isn't what it used to be and talking to the owner Kim is a waste of your time she doesn't care about her customers. Oh and also which Appliance store would you rather buy from a place that would fix a 10 year old dishwasher for $200.00 or a place that tells you that you have to buy a new one for 1100.00 when all the other appliance stores were cheaper than Maiden Creek. Go with an honest and reliable company like Kasper!
I purchased a Samsung television from Kasper that was defective. They will not replace the unit, and I have to call Samsung for the part that may or may not be the problem. Do not but any television or appliance from Kasper. They do not back their products.
We have backed our products for over 60 years. All products come with a warranty and we honor that policy.
