Have been a customer of Diane's for perhaps 15 years....Purchased 4 fancy guppies for a newly - cycled tank, with all water parameters testing fine....guppies were dead in less than 12 hours!....Took fish and a water sample back over, per the Associate's advice....He proceeds to tell me my nitrates, are too high, and that's why my fish died...I told him i have a very expensive brand of 7-in-1 test strips that are less than 5 months old, and they test less than 50 PPM....He tells me my strips are out of date, and that there is no guarantee on fish, anyway!....What the heck did he have me schlep all the way back, to tell me there was no guarantee on fish?...He could have told me that over the phone, and I could have saved a trip!.....Diane's just lost a very old and valuable customer!....Shame on them!!....AVOID!!!
