In 2006, founder Gregg A. Bogia thought there was a better approach to running a business. He opened a small operation in Wyomissing, PA to provide traffic engineering services to Berks County and the surrounding areas. Over the years BEI has grown to a full service civil engineering and transportation planning firm servicing Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We continue to seek out possibilities for growth and expansion to build greater name recognition. Involving ourselves in the communities we serve helps us stay in close touch with the goals of the surrounding area. Our clients value the relationships we maintain with the local community.
