very difficult to work with over the phone. I needed a key for a lugnut, and they didn't even know the specs of it. Frequently got VM, not impressed.

I am patiencely waiting for a small chip to be repaired on my Z-4. It seems to be taking a long period of time for BMW of Reading to receive touch-up paint for my Z to repair this chip. I was informed that the detail specialist of BMW of Reading would repair the chip when the paint arrived in Reading. Disappointed, impatience customer
