Welcome to Dale's Wood Products and Repair. As the name implies I create and repair wood products. I have been working with wood since 1985. My philosophy is simple; design for function and create for style, beauty and longevity. For the last 32 years I've worked in the architectural and engineering industry. During this time I have grown to appreciate wood as natures most beautiful and versatile media. For millennia wood has been the zenith of style, class and beauty. My goal as a designer is to satisfy the functional needs of our daily lives with unique and timeless solutions. My goal as a craftsman is to create products that will last a life time, be proudly displayed and serve to improve our lifestyle. Part of my appreciation for this media includes the efforts of others who have created beautiful designs in furniture, cabinetry and home wares. Each time I repair or refinish someone's work I learn new techniques to create a long lasting product. I feel that repairing existing products as opposed to throwing them away is a green way to help conserve our resources. I specialize in several different aspects of wood working and home repair: 1.
