If you need your home CLEAN look somewhere else. All they did was swipe and move the dirt around. I had to go back and redo it all. What a waste of money.

I hired Cottage Care because I wanted what they supposedly sold: blinds cleaned, baseboards cleaned, cobwebs gone, all items dusted, and floors cleaned by hand. Here's what I got.I got an employee who reeked of cigarettes in my home. The cleaner did get on her hands and knees to wash the floor but when she had finished, there were cloudy swipe marks all over the floor. It looked no better than it had before she started. She used a wand duster on everything, which only moved the dust around. It resettled on everything as soon as she left. My paintings were never touched. Lamps and blinds never touched. Cobwebs never touched. Baseboards never touched. Basically, I feel ripped off for having paid so much for a WORSE job than I could have done. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I didn't have to do the cleaning from scratch. I will NEVER recommend Cottage Care and always say use an individual recommended by a friend. Don't throw your money away on CC.
