As I posted a week or so ago, this company is one to BEWARE of. I explain further online with my complete review on Google and posted portions of it on FACEBOOK. This salesman with SAFEGUARD in ruining their business. I am attempting to reach the owner now to talk to him personally. His salesman (no name mentioned here) was totally rude to us and LOST our account for SAFEGUARD.. Another company affiliated with ADT is installing a very involved video and monitoring system with 16 cameras. Most are hard wired and some are wireless. A super deal with this new company which is called Scharig Alarms in Independence, MO and be sure to ask for Kevin. He's a real pro along with his partner Russ who is a genius at electronics and audio/visual as well as their expertise of Alarms and Surveillance Systems for our business and homes. I have registered a formal complaint with the BBB of Kansas City, MO awaiting their reply and publication. .All I can say is STAY AWAY from SAFEGUARD. What a hassle that one was.
