I have been to pretty much all the Toyota dealerships in Mass and Rhode island,and route 44 Toyota in Raynham by far looks like the biggest dump. They need to make a new commercial and update the look because they will lose a lot of customers compared to the other dealerships.

terrible customer service. told them my starter had to be replaced 15000 miles before warranty was up. brought it there 3 times to get them to change it. they told me everything checked out and was fine. then when my car completely stopped running 2000 miles over warranty they want to replace the bad starter now for 700 bucks. they give you the run around for everything.

Very poor customer service. All four of my tires needed to be replaced after only 20K miles and they said it was normal wear and tear. I took it to another Toyota dealer and they said it was a recall for AWD Sienna's with runflat tires and covered the entire cost of all four. This has happened 3 other times for various things where they wouldn't repair something that was either under warranty or a recall and another dealer would. I live practically withing walking distance to this dealer and have to drive 30 minutes to somebody else because I refuse to go there again. I could not think less of them.

I found them very high pressure and I will never buy there again.

Run don't walk away from this place. Hyundai owner also owns Toyota place next door. Deceptive sales tactics. They don't tell you that great 100,000 mile warranty cost Extra money. They show you low sales price then bring you into a room with the manager to go over finance and then it is higher. Sky high repair prices. I had work done one day and when I went to drive my car the mechanics BO was so bad the smell lasted for miles with my windows open.Stay Away
