      Stars & Stripes Tax Service was started by Tina Hedrick and her dad, Paul Menke in 2005. Tina Hedrick has 25 years of bookkeeping service, as well as 8 years Income Tax Return experience. Tina has attended Creighton U, as well as MCCC, and taken several Tax and Update Courses. We are a Family Owned and Operated Business serving the Cass County area, as well as surrounding areas.
