"Eek! Methinks not!", the commentary that applied to this rating when I chose it, is accurate. I took the time to call around and find the cheapest Serpentine belts and this Firestone refused to install them, and told me that they could only install their belts that cost four (4) times as much!! AND, to top it off, FIRSTLY, they told me that they could not install my belts because their work was guaranteed, and SECONDLY, they told me that you couldn't go to a nice restaurant and get a nice steak for grocery store prices. Get your story straight.....the costs for parts and the costs for labor is itemized on every bill from every mechanic I have ever been to. How many folks have been to a restaurant and received an itemized bill for food costs in addition to cooking costs?? That analogy makes no sense. If you want me to buy your inflated products because it adds to your bottom line, be honest about it and don't tell me "explanations" based on faulty analogies and logic. Too expensive!!
