CMS Bankcard Services was formed in June 2009 by Dean Connors as Catfive Merchant Solutions. The company was renamed CMS Bankcard Service on January 1, 2011 to more accurately reflect the direction of the company. Prior to forming CMS Bankcard Service, Mr. Connors was a founding partner of Catfive Properties, LLC, buying, selling, renting, and operating residential and commercial properties. Mr. Connors also had a successful radio career for 13 years, working in the Wheeling, WV, Pittsburgh, PA, Chattanooga, TN, and Harrisburg, PA markets. He is the father of two girls, Alexa and Kaylee. CMS is an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) specializing in bankcard processing; check processing, and other related services. CMS has sales relationships with Payment Alliance International (PAI), Secure Payment Systems (SPS), RDM Corporation, Now Pre-Pay, and others.
