Very professional and understanding. He did everything in his power to figure out what the yucky smell was. And he did. The best part, he didn't try to sell, swindle, or smooth talk us. He was up-front and honest and reasonable. Probably one of the last honest business men left. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their water. I hired the Well Doctor the week of the June 6, 2016. He made the repairs to my well within two days. This was not your average job but he knocked it out with no hesitation. I'm am very pleased with my water pressure and would recommend his services to a friend or neighbor.

We had a very terrible smell of rotten egg in our water, and we were getting sedimet that was clogging our filters and our sink faucets. We were told by Clearwater and Culligan that we would have to put this $3500 system in to fix this issue. Seen The Well Doctor signs all over for years now, so we gave them a call. Wow! Thats all I can say. This guy cam out, inspected our entire well system, even explaining how the whole system works. It was amazing how this man explained it so it was so easy to understand why we have the problem, and how we can go about fixing it for a few hundred dollars. The pull and resting of the pump was so logical that even skeptical person as I could understand it. He even saved us more $ when he said I could help and save him from bringing another guy later. All in all it has been 2 weeks and no smell. Its trully amazing. I would recomend this company to anyone for this problem, and after spending this short time with him, any problem with water.

I called around before i used these guys. I believe my wife even called four of the companies that have your "Super" what ever it is... Guarantee. What is really amazing is that we had just a smell, and everyone wanted us to buy this "new" system that just came out. Yes, and it only cost $2400.00. We seen the well doctor's commercial on channel 19 action news, called them, they came out and had us smell free within 24 hrs. It was amazing!!!! Just guess what it cost.. Unbelievable! $175.00 for the first treatment, and they did it. The next treatment in 6 months or a year is $75.00. The smell is GONE! It was 25 minutes after they left! If you have a smell in your well water, you might want to call THE WELL DOCTOR. before you call anyone else. I do not understand why this is the only company that knows about this, but hey more power to the guy. I hope your company goes all the way. We and my whole family will only call you guys the rest of our life. Use the well doctor first!!

If you are looking for a good company that will do the best that they can to help you, the customer, then this guy is the one you want. I have to admit i was very lerry of these guys with the many rumores we have heard or seen in the papers. But i am so glad i called this guy. His name is Bruce, and from what i understand, this man built this company himself, from nothing, and today I am proud to say, they fixed our well. Not only did they fix it, they saved it! I had this other comapny come out, A&G this guy smelled like he had been at the bar for days, and said that we had to have a new well. My husband made me call another comapny, so I choose to call THE WELL DOCTOR! What a great decision. They came out the same day, and had my well fixed by 9:00 P.M. at night! This guy would not leave till the job was done, and we had water. What an amazing person this guy is.... We had no water one day, and looking at a $7,000.00 bill from A&G for a new well that the well doctor saved!

This is the best company we have delt with in years, they were on time. Showed up when they said they would be here, and then not only said we would not have to have a new well drilled, (AS A&G WELL DRILLING SAID) but saved our current well and had us water by the end of the day. It took A&G two days to even come out and look at the well. Then he charged us for that. THE WELL DOCTOR IS BY FAR A TEN STAR COMPANY!!! A&G well drilling should be closed. they suck!
